QUALIFIED MILITARY PILOTS (QMP)

EASA Part FCL allows 'training as required' for the IR(H) for non-procedural rated QMPs; over many years of providing this training, Starspeed have found the 15 hour course below sufficient for a pilot to reach Instrument Rating Test standard.

This course comprises an extensive ground school package followed by a minimum of 10 hours flight training in the FNPT and a minimum of 5 hours flight training in a multi engine helicopter. Please bear in mind this are minimums only and additional training may be required.

The type of helicopter that the flight training will be conducted on is at the request of the customer.

The course is undertaken over a 2-4 week period, including a separate Type Rating if required
