A British Army trained Advanced Helicopter Instructor, David gained extensive military operational and training experience in the Desert, Jungle, Arctic, Maritime and Mountains.
Upon leaving the Army, he worked for several years as an Air Ambulance HEMS Pilot primarily operating in Wales. He joined Starspeed in June 2011 as a Line Pilot on the EC135 specialising in our yacht operations.
